It is inspired by Dishonored franchise as much as of Hellraiser, so the environmental details are mainly referenced from what I see in Dishonored world as I greatly honor and respect artists, who worked with Dishonored universe.

But in both universes pieces and body parts are a common sight.

Hellraiser film starts with severed body parts shown before you see any character and in Dishonored player can attach mines to limbs they cut from NPCs and then toss them back or even wiggle stranger hand for fun.

Chains are hell priests (commonly known as pinhead) favorite weapon and sometimes he just holds from them as some sort of rock-star in photo-shoot - think those chains are like pets for him.
